CBS to Air Michael Jackson Tribute Concert in September
According to US trade publication Variety, CBS will be the network to air the September 7th tribute concert to the King of Pop. The announcement was made Wednesday when CBS announced its Fall lineup to advertisers at a Carnegie Hall press conference. There is still no word on whether the concert will be aired live or taped for a later broadcast.

HIStory is cancelled
Michael Jackson has decided to cancel the release of "HIStory - Greatest Hits - Volume I". The compilation CD of his greatest Hits won't be released after all. Except for a few copies mistakenly put on the market last March by Sony Music Argentina in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay, all existing copies of the record have been destroyed.

Michael Jackson will not sell Beatles Catalogue
In the past couple of days were a lot of rumours that Michael Jackson has to sell the Beatles Catalouge because he is out of money and needs cash for his expensive life. Now Michael Jackson issued a statement today clarifying that he does not plan to sell the rights to the Beatles' catalogue. In the statement, Jackson said, "I want to clarify a silly rumor: the Beatles Catalogue is not for sale; has not been for sale and will never be for sale."

Michael Jackson Greatest TV Moments on VH1
VH1's special program "Michael Jackson's Greatest TV Moments" will be telecasted on Saturday, May 5 at 9:00 pm ET in the U.S.A. and includes rare appearances and performances by Michael Jackson, as well as commentaries by other artists and people from the media. Examples include: discussion of the Scream video, the Pepsi commercial, the ground-breaking "Thriller" video, "We Are The World" charity project, his 1972 appearance on The Dating Game, Michael accompanying Madonna to the Oscars, Michael and Lisa Marie Presley's appearance on MTV Awards, and much more.
