Release Dates Rescheduled
Due to production delays, Sony`s Michael Jackson release schedule is currently being modified. Several release dates, including the radio and video premieres of You Rock My World, will be rescheduled. A new release planning should be available shortly.

Radio Premiere not next week
There have been a flurry of rumours from across Europe that Michael Jackson's new single, Rock My World, will be premiered on radio next Monday, 30th July. MJ News International has had it confirmed that NO premiere will occur next week in Europe, and this includes the UK. As of today, 27th July, no date has officially been agreed upon for a radio premiere.

Michael starring in animated movie
Entertainment Tonight NEWSLINK has reported that the King of Pop, Michael Jackson is set to make his mark in the movies by starring in his first animated film feature. 'The Way of the Unicorn, The Endangered One.' The 42-year old Megastar will also produce the film, which chronicles a young orphan's struggle to end the destruction of the planet with the help of endangered animals. Julie Moran: '' Michael will also supply the voice of Sailor, a brave young orphan who joins forces with endangered animals and a lonely rich girl to end the destruction of our planet.'' The film's budget is $75 million

MSG Concerts - update
Tickets for Michael Jackson's Madison Square Garden concerts will go on sale Tuesday July 31st at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster and the Madison Square Garden box office. As artists are getting ready to perform their tribute to the King of Pop, producer David Gest is secretely adding new names to the already amazing line-up for each night. Some very unexpected surprise guests will make special appearances at the shows. In the meantime, the latest addition to the stars that will perform on both nights is singer Monica.

You Rock My World - Update
The first single of the new album will hit airwaves on July 30. It was produced by Michael Jackson and Rodney Jerkins, You Rock My Worldwas written and composed by Michael Jackson and Rodney Jerkins, and co-written by Fred Jerkins III, LaShawn Daniels and Nora Payne. You Rock My World opens with a spoken dialogue between Michael Jackson and comedian Chris Tucker. The hit song features lead and background vocals by Michael Jackson.

More Details Emerge on Concert, Album
According to the Hollywood Reporter - a US entertainment trade publication - Sean Connery and Muhammad Ali are among those set to join in the already celebrity packed MSG audience. The publication also revealed that *N Sync will join Michael and his brothers on a rousing rendition of the Jackson 5 Motown hit Dancing Machine. Michael is also expected to duet with Britney Spears on The Way You Make Me Feel, and he'll sing with Whitney Houston a ballad that is for now, being kept secret.

A Philadelphia disk jockey who has heard the new album Invincible revealed that comedian Chris Tucker makes a cameo on one of the tracks.

Brando and Gilman Added to MSG Tribute
According to the public relations firm handling the upcoming Madison Square Garden tribute concerts, film legend Marlon Brando will make a rare appearance at the concert being held on Friday, September 7. Brando, a friend of Jackson's for more than 20 years, will reportedly make a special presentation to the Michael at the show.

Other special guests mentioned for the first time include: Jane Russell, Angie Dickinson, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Master P, Chris Tucker, Robert Wagner, Jill St. John, Rhonda Fleming and young country singing sensation Billy Gilman, who will entertain the crowd with his rendition of Michael's #1 hit "Ben."

Tribute concert update
Last Thursday in Uniondale, New York, a spokesman for the King of Pop disclosed the full guest list of performers scheduled to appear at two September shows in his honor. According to MTV Online, Gloria Estefan, Luther Vandross, Diana Ross, Missy Elliott, Ramsey Lewis, Lil' Romeo, Gloria Gaynor, Jill Scott, Mary J. Blige, Ricky Martin and Usher have announced their participation. They join a cast that already includes Marc Anthony, Britney Spears, 'NSYNC, Whitney Houston, Mya, Shaggy and the rest of the Jackson 5. Here is the line-up for the two concerts in alphabetical order:

Both evenings will feature a 48 piece orchestra, twelve background singers, a three-hundred member gospel choir, a two-hundred member children's choir and a forty member dance ensemble. The press release included the following quote by Michael Jackson: "I am very excited to celebrate my 30th anniversary as a solo artist with such an illustrious roster of talent and so many of my friends from the entertainment world. What makes this event even more rewarding is that my fans will be flying in from around the world. I look forward to performing live and reuniting with my brothers on these two very special nights.''

Tickets will go on sale Thursday, July 26th through the Madison Square Garden Box Office and Ticketmaster for both performances. Ticket prices for the concert only will range from $45.00 to $500.00 per seat. Chairmen for the event are: Alfred R. Berkeley lll (Vice Chairman, Nasdaq), Jeff Bezos (Founder & EO, Amazon.Com), Whitney Houston, Sean Lennon, Yoko Ono Lennon, Liza Minnelli, Leslie Moonves (President & CEO, CBS), Liam Neeson, Veronique and Gregory Peck, Elizabeth Taylor and David Weild (Executive Vice President, Nasdaq). They will host a Champagne & Caviar Dinner in honor of Michael Jackson at Tavern On The Green following the concert on Friday, September 7, 2001.
