The Bad World Tour Review

This concert in Japan was one of the first of the tour. It was taped and aired on several TV-Stations but is not available as an official video.

Smoke is around the stages - and out of the smoke comes Michael. The crowd starts to scream and Jackson takes off his jacket and opens the show with Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'. During the song its stops and the dancers join MJ. Then the song goes on. After that he performs Things I Do For You and Off The Wall. For Heartbreak Hotel the dancers come back. Then Michael performs She's Out Of My Life. During this song a girl from the audience comes on the stage. You can imagine how lucky she must be. After that Michael does a little medley of The Jackson 5 classics I Want You Back and The Love You Save. This seems to be one of his favorites, he enjoys to sing the old songs. He performs the same moves he did two decades ago. To end the medly he sings the fullsong of I'll Be There. You can see how much he loves to sing these songs. The next song is Rock With You and Michael performs it alone on stage. He then plays You Are My Lovely One and Working Day And Night. At the end of WDAN he sits down on a platform and box hides him. This box seems to carrie him into the air - but then he comes out on the other site of the stage and goes on a metal moving stage, where he starts to sing Beat It. Then Michael appears in his typical Billie Jean Outfit (Black pants, fedora and jacket, white T-Shirt). He peforms incredible moves (inlcuding his Moonwalk) andafter the main part of the song only the drumbeat and a spotlight on him remains. He then does another couple of unbelievable moves. At the end he throws his fedora into the audience. Jackson goes on and performs Shake Your Body and Thriller, where he and his zombie-dancers perform the same moves as they do in the video. Siedah Garrett comes on stage and sings along with Michael I Just Can't Stop Loving You. The final song is Bad, which he performs alone on the stage.
