The Bad World Tour
After the Victory Tour with The Jacksons the following tours of MJ were all as a solo artist. Just after the release of
the Bad Album Michael announced his first ever solo tour. The tour was kicked off in Tokyo on September 12, 1987. After
123 Shows Jackson played the last concert of the tour in Los Angeles on January 27, 1989. Michael performed in 15
countries and to over 4.4 millione fans (Average: 35,772). The Bad World Tour grossed over 125 million $ and became
the largest and highes crossing tour ever. Jackson played seven(!) sold out shows at the Wembley Stadium in London
(total of 504,000 fans) which gave him a Guinness Book enry.
